The boss then slams down from above, dealing damage on impact if players aren't prepared. When Dracula reaches lower health, they will fly beyond the player's reach before striking from below, taking out one of the platforms. Players can avoid this move by going to the platform directly below Dracula when the boss makes this attack. ![]() The Vampire King digs their claw into one of the two castle ramparts on either side of the player, sending large rocks in an arc toward two platforms. This attack is typically followed up by a Focused Blood Laser.Īn entire platform, usually the one players are standing on, is targeted by Dracula with a massive laser focused from their mouth within this tense and engaging adventure in Dead Cells. Much like in phase 1, Dracula summons pillars of flame below the player's position, not covering the arena but now tracking movement before erupting.ĭracula flies above the player, shooting large meteors from their maw in a horizontal pattern toward the player.Ī massive swarm of Blood Bats covers nearly the whole arena, traveling in a huge wave that deals enormous damage to the player on exposed contact.ĭracula fires a laser from his mouth, sweeping horizontally for players to dodge through with proper timing. In this form, turrets or traps work incredibly well, as Dracula has to stay in one place to cast their magic. When Dracula's health begins to drop below half in this phase, the boss occasionally follows up their teleport with physical strikes, trying to throw off a player's timing for significant damage. Specializing in large meteor projectiles, Dracula prevents players from getting close by consistently teleporting away, akin to the Death boss fight in Dead Cells when they can release offensive spells that cover large parts of the arena. This sets the tone of the battle as Dracula casts magic from their cape to strike at the player from across the screen. The initial part of Dracula's boss fight sees the Dark Lord toss down his wine as a gauntlet that starts the fight, teleporting to the player in a swarm of bats. ![]()
